While there is no definite answer on how long your soap will last, there are a few things you can do to extend it's life. In order to get the most out of your soap, please refrain from keeping it in the moist, damp shower after use. Soap will last much longer when kept dry. Simply pat the soap dry with a towel and set on a slotted soap dish away from humidity.

Unfortunately, sometimes packages get lost during shipping or delivered to the wrong address. In the event that an address cannot be confirmed by USPS, I will reach out to you via Etsy conversation and/or the email address provided during checkout. If I do not receive a response from either method, I will ship the package to the address entered by the customer during checkout. SassyMuggins, LLC is not responsible for any items lost in the mail and/or stolen from your property. These items will not be refunded, replaced, or exchanged, and no shop credit will be given. If you think your item was lost/stolen, please contact your local post office for further information. Stealing a package is a Federal Offense and is not taken lightly.

I do my best to package my products so they arrive to you safely, but sometimes shipping is rough. If your item(s) should arrive damaged in the mail, please notify me within 3 days of your package being delivered. I will either resend you the same item (if I have it in stock), or refund you for the cost of the item.

Processing times and shipping times are two separate things. These time frames are shown before you check out. If you need your item by a certain date, please let me know in the "notes to seller" section. I will do my best to ensure that your item arrives to you in time, however, I DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES! Once the package is dropped off at the post office, I have no control of it. I can only ensure that I will get the item to the post office in the allotted processing time frame.

First thing's first! Please ensure that your tub is free of any soap scum prior to use. The mica colorant in this item may cling to soap scum and leave a ring in your tub. If this does happen, simply wipe your tub down with a paper towel and rinse away any remaining color.
To use the bath bomb, simply remove the plastic packaging and drop the bath bomb into a tub full of warm water. The bath bomb will dissolve, coloring and scenting your bath water. Please use one bath bomb per tub of bath water.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL GETTING INTO AND OUT OF THE TUB AFTER USING A BATH BOMB! Your tub may become slippery due to the oils and emulsifiers contained in the bath bomb.
